Shoulder Joint Replacement for Active People
Surgeon-scientists at the University of Washington have developed the ream and run procedure, a joint replacement for shoulder arthritis that avoids the risks and limitations of the plastic socket used in conventional total shoulder replacement.
Here we provide a summary of what we have learned from our 20-year experience with this novel procedure.
